Parndana Community Children's Centre

Parndana Community Children’s Centre is a community based facility collocated on the Parndana School site, a campus of Kangaroo Island Community Education.  The centre will be independently operated and will provide care for children up to 5 years of age who live on the western end of Kangaroo Island. 

Shannon Architects have provided designs that create a flexible community facility recognising budget limitations.  The outdoor play spaces have also been designed by the practice in consultation with the community. 

Future provision for Out of School Hours Care services is incorporated in designs for the building and site.
